MARY HIEBERT It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Mary Hiebert, 58 years old, on Friday, September 18, 2009 at the St. Boniface Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer. Remaining to remember Mary's enthusiasm for life are her mother, Margaret, two brothers Jac and Sieg (Wanda) and two sisters Sue (Anthony) Donkersloot and Regina (Abe) Giesbrecht and their families, as well as a brother-in-law Roy Letkeman and a sister-in-law Selma Hiebert and their families. She was predeceased by her father Jacob, her sister Tina, and two brothers Ronald and John. Mary's cheerfulness will be missed within her family, as well as at the Health Sciences Centre where she worked for many years. Her trust in God and her enjoyment of nature were easily evident in her life. The funeral service will be held at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, 150 Penfeld Dr., Steinbach at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 23, 2009. Viewing will be prior to the service at 1:30 p.m. Interment at Heritage Cemetery, Steinbach.
