WAYNE WILSON It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Wayne S. Wilson on September 20, 2009. After a hard fought battle with cancer, with his loving wife and family at his side, he went to be with The Lord. Wayne is survived by his wife Anita, daughters Shelby (Joe Brekelmans), Lorena (Frank Low), sister Janice (Gerry Lovett) and grandchildren Ashley, Stephanie, Nicole, Jamie and Abigail. He was predeceased by his father, mother and brother Ron. Special thanks to Dr. I. Maxwell and staff at the Victoria Hospital Oncology department for the wonderful care given to Wayne. Thanks also to Dr. Rubinger and the Cancer Care staff, Dr. Robertson and the ICU staff and Dr. Cavers and the 5th floor staff of Victoria Hospital. A celebration of his life will be held on September 25, 2009 at 12:30 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Victoria General Hospital Oncology Department or Cancer Care Manitoba.
