DENISE GOUSSEAU (nee PELLAND) Peacefully, on Thursday, September 3, 2009 at the Foyer Valade. Denise was predeceased by her husband Léon, her mother Marie Thérèse (nee Turenne), her father Norbert, her step-mother Germaine and three step-sisters. She will be lovingly remembered by her children: Norbert, Gisèle (Rick), Marc, Thérèse (Peter) and Jocelyne (John); her grandchildren: Philip, Stephan, Sean and Nicole. Denise is also survived by Lucille (Till), Thérèse, Gilles and Claudette as well as many nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank Foyer Valade and the staff for their care and compassion. Special thanks to Ovide and Jeannette Gousseau for the support in Mom's last days. A reception to celebrate Mom's life will take place Sunday, September 27 at the Norwood Hotel, 112 Marion St. between 2-4 p.m. Donations may be made in Denise's name to the Cancer Care Manitoba Foundation, 675 McDermot Ave., Room ON1160, Winnipeg, MB R3E 0V9 (ph 204 787-4143).
