LLOYD RANSFORD WILLIAMS It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Lloyd Ransford Williams at Bethania Nursing Home on September 30, 2009. Lloyd was born in Jamaica. He resided in England while in the Air Force. When coming to Canada he met and married Grace in 1970 and became a loving father to her girls. Lloyd was a well-respected employee at Bristol Aerospace and at Air Canada where he retired after 16 years. Lloyd was a man of few words . He had a quiet strength and faced his illness with great dignity and with love and constant help from his beloved Grace. Lloyd was a golfer before his illness and a great sports enthusiast; sometimes watching two games at once and listening to another on the radio. He was a devoted husband and a gentle loving father. Lloyd is survived by his wife Grace; daughters, Bonnie and Cindy (Don); grandchildren, Rodney, Trisha (Eddy), Gary-Michael, Ryan (Leanne), Kyla, Michaela; great- grandchildren, Hayley, Maddie, Felicity, Sunny and Alex. He was predeceased by his Gramma, Miss Maude and daughter Diane. You will forever be in our hearts, we love you. The family would like to extend their gratitude to the staff of Bethania Nursing Home for their excellent care and compassion. A private family service will be held at a later date.
