HELEN MARGARET JENSEN September 21, 1931 - October 1, 2009 Helen passed away peacefully at the Lake of the Woods District Hospital in Kenora following a battle with cancer, with her family by her side. She will be sadly missed by her life partner Ernie Lindner and by three daughters: Joanne Dyrda, Janice Jensen, and Christine Lindner, two grandchildren: Lauren and Jillian, a Goddaughter: Connie Jensen. She is survived by numerous relatives in Canada, the U.S., and Denmark. Cremation has taken place and a private ceremony will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Humane Society. The family wishes to thank Doctor Wehner, nurses and staff at 3rd east for their care and kindness in her final days.
