RICHARD DERRICK RODEN Peacefully after a brief illness, it is with deep regret that we announce the death of Richard Roden on Tuesday, September 29, 2009 at the age of 71 years. Remaining to forever cherish Richard's memory are his brother Robert and sisters Betty-Anne (Dave Prismall) and Trudy (Ernie Tomchuk). He was predeceased by his parents Dick and Anne Roden. Richard was employed in sales. He was an avid curler who loved to entertain people with his singing and joke telling. His outgoing personality generated many friendships through the years. In compliance with Richard's wishes, a private family service will take place at a later date. A special thank you to Troy for bringing many hours of happiness into Richard's life.
