JEAN (JOHN) CLAUDE SICOTTE May 30, 1941 - October 2, 2009 It is with very heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Jean (John) Claude Sicotte, our dear husband, father, father-in-law, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, brother-in-law, uncle and friend, on Friday, October 2, 2009 at the age of 68. Remaining to forever cherish Jean's memory are his loving wife Grace; children Don (Margaret), Debbie (John), Dean (Bonnie) and Denis (Maureen); grand-children Renee (Stephen), Kyle, Erik (Alycia), Steven, Jason, Dustin, Jordan, Joey, Brittany, Corbyn; two great-grandchildren Callista and Kathryn. He is also survived by his siblings Albert (Doreen), Gilbert (Louise), Marcel (Midge), Jeannette (Gerry), Madeleine (Robert), Marie; and numerous nieces and nephews. Jean was predeceased by his father Roland Sicotte, step-father Frank Mahé and mother Thérèse (Sicotte) Mahé. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of John's life will be held at Desjardins Funeral Chapel, 357 DesMeurons Street on Friday, October 9 at 2:30 p.m. with a reception to follow. Due to allergies, the family requests that you do not send flowers or use fragrances at the service.
