SUZANNE SEYMOUR (nee HEBERT) May 21, 1927 - October 3, 2009 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She leaves to mourn sons, David of Winnipeg, Richard of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario; daughter Julie Essex of East Selkirk; grandchildren, Andrew (Erica), Tony, Terri, Jacquie (Sandro); great-grandchildren, Teren, Brycen, Isabella and Sophia. Suzanne was born in Montreal to Eloi and Juliette Hébert. It was there that she met her sweetie Alex Seymour and was married on December 27, 1952. They spent a short time stationed overseas with the Air Force before returning to Canada and finally settling with their children in Stony Mountain. After Alex's passing in 1999, Suzanne moved to Selkirk to be closer to family. She had the biggest heart, especially when it came to her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be forever missed. A memorial service will be held in the MacKenzie Funeral Chapel in Stonewall on Friday, October 16, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. Reverend Leonard Oracheski will officiate with interment to follow in the Stonewall Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, donations may be made to Project Linus (cheques made payable to Project Linus and mailed to Box 1544, Stonewall, MB R0C 2Z0).
