KATHRINA (TINA) KLASSEN 1923 - 2009 It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Tina Klassen on October 7, 2009 at Calvary Place Personal Care Home at the age of 86. She was predeceased by her husband Henry (2005) and her brother Frank (1955). She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Edith, son Marvin and his wife Claire and their children Atticus, Ruth- Anne and Kayden. Tina will also be sadly missed by many friends and family including her brother Cornie and his wife Katherine, their children and families. A celebration of her life will be held Tuesday, October 13 (1:00 p.m.) at Sargent Avenue Mennonite Church, 926 Garfield. Interment to follow at Springstein Cemetery. Viewing at the church prior to the service. The family would like to thank the dedicated staff of Calvary Place Personal Care Home for their compassionate and thoughtful care over the past three years. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Tina to Mennonite Central Committee (MCC) or the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba.
