WALTER DADDY It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Walter Daddy. He passed away peacefully on October 8, 2009 at Health Sciences Centre. He will be lovingly remembered by those left to mourn his passing, his wife Joan; children, Graham and Angela (Syd); grandchildren, Danielle and Mark (Erin), and great grandchildren Tyler, Sydnee, Eliya and Noa. He also leaves his two sisters Mavis (Jack), Babs (Charley), nieces and nephews Lynda (Rick), David (Jackie) and Jeffery, as well as multiple nieces and nephews residing in England. He is predeceased by his parents John and Mildred and brothers John (Annie), Keith (Laureen) and Hartley (Emily). Walter was a loving husband, dedicated father and faithful friend to many. He was a master electrician and spent the largest part of his career at St. Boniface Hospital. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him. The family wishes to express their thanks Dr. Sheldon Permack for his excellent care and to the staff of D3 at Health Science Centre for their compassionate care and support. In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation to the charity of your choice. A memorial service will be held at 2:00pm on Wednesday, October 14 at Thomson In the Park Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray Blvd with Walter's grandson Pastor Mark Dupuis officiating.
