DENYSE MCPHAIL Peacefully on the morning of Sunday, October 11, 2009, Denyse McPhail (née Vermette) passed away at the Victoria Hospital. Denyse is survived and lovingly remembered by her husband Allan. She is also survived by her brothers and sisters and their spouses, Roger (Paulette), Lorraine (Rénald) Parent, Robert Doyle, Guy (Leah), Richard (Carmelle Dumontier), Léo, Louis (Karen), Colette (Bert) Letourneau, Louise Dupuis; her in-laws, Ken and Phyllis McPhail, Linda (Len) Case, Cindy McPhail, numerous nieces, nephews and friends who will dearly miss her. She was predeceased by her parents Pierre and Cécile Vermette, her brother Denis, and her sisters Léa Dorvault, Noëlla Fontaine and Raymonde Doyle. Denyse spent the early part of her life in Saint-Jean-Baptiste where she subsequently moved to Winnipeg and worked for Manitoba Health for 30 years. She will be remembered for her laugh, her generosity and her love of simple things in life. She enjoyed keeping in contact with her family and friends with lengthy conversations on the phone. Denyse and Al enjoyed travelling to exotic places in the winter. A celebration of her life will be held on Monday, October 19, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main Street, West St. Paul.
