Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDOREEN SHACHTER Doreen Shachter, aged 79 passed away peacefully October 6, 2009 at Grace Hospital. She had a zest for life, loved to party and dance and found simple pleasure in everything she saw and bought. Her motto was Cherish Yesterday, Dream of Tomorrow, but Live for Today and that is how Doreen lived her life to the end. She leaves behind her two sons, David Lewis wife Debbie, grandchildren, Moishe and Rebecca; Howard Lewis wife Beth, grandsons, Jordan and Benny and extended Shachter family. Her sunny disposition on life will be missed from her friends at Shorepoint Village in Gimli and The Portsmouth in Winnipeg. A special thank you to the Emergency and 5th Floor at Grace Hospital for your special care and compassion. She will be remembered with a smile on our face and laughter in our hearts.
