JOHN (JACK) MCDONALD Peacefully on October 18, 2009, John Jack McDonald passed away at 86 years of age. Left to cherish his memory are his sons, Larry (Yolanda) and John (Susan) along with his grandchildren, Stevie, Arley, Nick and Matt. Jack will also be remembered by his partner Jocelyn Hamill and her family. He also leaves his sister Bess Mills and her children, Lindsey and Holly and their children. Jack was predeceased by his loving wife Marjorie in 1991 and brother Steve in 2005. Jack lived his life to the fullest serving in the Canadian military before retiring from the City of Winnipeg after 42 years of service. He enjoyed spending time fishing the waters at Poplar Bay, MB. Jack treasured the time spent with family and friends and was always ready to skunk' them in good game of crib. A celebration of Jack's life will take place at 1:00 p.m. Friday, October 23, 2009 at Bardal Funeral Home, 843 Sherbrook Street. Following a reception, interment will be in Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens.
