KASPER DZIEDZIC It is with great sadness, on Monday, October 19, 2009 surrounded by family, Kasper Dziedzic aged 81 years, of Inwood, passed away at the Concordia Hospital. He is survived by his wife Pearl Dziedzic; children, Randy (Liz), Cindy (Don) Ramage; grandchildren, R.J., Roy, Derek and Cameron; also survived by his ten siblings, in-laws, numerous nieces and nephews and extended family. He was predeceased by his parents Anthony and Maggie; sisters Jessie, Helen Pat, Bernice and Marion; brothers John, Carle, Thomas, Steve, Donnie, Alex and Joe. Kasper was born on November 27, 1927 at Polson, MB. He grew up working on the family farm but also held other various jobs, including cutting pulp in the lumber camps and with the telegraph gang, until 1950 when he bought his first farm in Sandridge, later moving to his current farm at Inwood. On June 4, 1955 he married Pearl Zwarych and together they raised their family in the Inwood area. Kasper's passion was his farm, whether it was working with his animals or planting potatoes in his garden, but most of all he loved to tell stories. A Funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24 at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Trinity Ukrainian Catholic Church, Komarno, MB. Interment to follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Polson. Rev. Harry Chuckry will officiate. If friends so desire, memorial donations may be made to The Movement Centre of Manitoba 1646 Henderson Hwy, Winnipeg, MB R2G 1N7; St. Mary's Cemetery, Polson, MB; or the Heart and Stroke Foundation. The family would like to thank the doctors and nursing staff at the Teulon Hospital and the Concordia Hospital for their care and support. MacKenzie Funeral Home, Teulon in care of arrangements.,
