DAVID THOMAS WEBSTER July 4, 1933 - October 20, 2009 With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Dave Webster. Born in the family home at 204 Johnson Ave., Dave attended Lord Selkirk School. At age 16, he began a lifelong career in the printing industry, starting with Stovel Printing and retiring in 1988 from LGM Graphics. During those years he was a proud member and officer of the Printing Pressmens Union. After retirement, he began a second career as the unofficial Scrap and Salvage Engineer' for the Village of Dunnotar, retiring in 2006 when he moved to the lodge in Winnipeg Beach. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed the many friendships made on his hunting trips. Recently Dad enjoyed the simple pleasures of shuffleboard in Gimli and Friday meat draws at the Winnipeg Beach Hotel. He will be sadly missed by all. Special thanks to the staff of St. Boniface ICU for their compassion and care shown to our Dad.
