JOHN STUART (STU) IRWIN 1942 - 2009 Stuart passed away peacefully in Vancouver on Sunday, October 25, 2009. He is survived by his children, Kelly (Dave) and Joel (Michelle), three grandchildren and brothers, Brian and Robert. He had fond memories of his many Winnipeg friends and asked about them often. He often reminisced about the good times growing up in Norwood. Favourite memories were of Nordale School, the Norwood Floodbowl and Community Club and the Winnipeg Rowing Club. He loved football and his days quarterbacking the Elks and the Rods. Stu was a master of the English language, knowledgeable on many topics and always enjoyed a good natured debate. He will be missed by many. In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place and no formal service will be held.
