TERENCE WILLIAM O'CONNELL November 8, 1917 - October 24, 2009 At the age of 92, Dad passed away peacefully at Misericordia Place. He was predeceased by his beloved wife Gertrude (2005) and son Patrick (2005). Born in Winnipeg, the son of Winifred and Patrick he was the last of 13 siblings, eight brothers and five sisters. He leaves to mourn him, his daughter Colleen Cleven, grand-daughters Catherine Cleven and Jacqueline Oltrop (Jason) along with numerous nieces and nephews across Canada and the US. Dad was employed by Russell Motors, Midway Aircraft, and was the office manager at Moody and Moore Architects. After retirement he and Gert spent many winters in the Phoenix area and summers at their cottage in Matlock. A funeral mass officiated by Father Vince Herner will be held at Misericordia Place Care Home at 44 Furby Street East on Wednesday, November 4 at 11:00 a.m. A private family interment will take place at Assumption Cemetery. The family would like to extend their gratitude to the entire staff at Misericordia Place for the kindness and care they showed Dad over the last four years.
