I miss you auntie. You were like a 2nd mom to me, I was so blessed to have such a loving, caring and kind auntie who always had time for me no matter what she was doing. Always a listening and caring ear, a shoulder to lean on and someone you know will always remember you in her prayers. Thank you for all that you have taught me throughout my life, you taught me so much. I know you are happy with our loved ones that have gone on. Love always, June - Posted by: June Montour (niece) on: Sep 18, 2013

Today is March 6/2012. I don't even know who will see this. But as long as I know I have made peace with the part of me that wanted to write this. Granny I loved you so much(: You always told us stories and sang to us, and I remember you told us not to drink to much milk before bed when me and Rachel were over for sleepovers. Also, you would give us a cheese slice. - the reason I'm writing here today is because I took an Aboriginal Studies course at school this semester, & everyday I learn something new, & whenever I am in class I think of you. Today I participated in a smudging ceremony, and the man told stories and sang the bear song & beat his drum and it was so amazing and beautiful. His name was "Lightning blue wolf" & I wished that you or dad could have given me a name like that when I was born. I love learning about your culture & my ancestors and I'm thankful to you for that. I wish you were still alive because now that I am older, I have so many questions I wish I could ask you! -Love Hannah - Posted by: Hannah (Grand daughter) on: Mar 06, 2012
