Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryVERA MARIA BALEJA December 15, 1937 - October 31, 2009 Vera passed away at Boundary Trails Hospital in Winkler on October 31, 2009 after a valiant struggle with cancer. Predeceased by her son Ronald (Maureen), Vera is survived by Roy, her husband of 53 years, her son David (Deborah), son James and daughter Teresa (Adrian) as well as six grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to BTHC Foundation - Community Cancer Care. P.O. Box 2000, Station Main, Winkler MB R6W 1H8. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 4, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at the Carman United Church with Rev. Catherine Waldie officiating.
