SUZANNE BEDORET (nee MORIN) It is with the deepest sorrow that we announce the passing of our wife, mother, grandmother, and sister Suzanne Bedoret. She exited our world so peacefully for a better place on November 4, 2009. She was predeceased by her mother and father Noellie and Gerard Morin, and leaves to mourn her husband Chris, her children Roger and Nadine, her son-in-law Steve, her granddaughter Ella, her brother Lucien (Yvette Proulx), sisters Yvette, Florence (Mike St. Laurent), Rachel (Ken Vincent), Jeannette (Andy Manaigre), and Claudette (Dave Moir) and brother-in-law Mike (Bedoret). Suzanne was born in Winnipeg in 1951 and grew up in the small farming community of Ste. Anne. She was employed by the Government of Manitoba as a pay and benefits consultant in infrastructure and government services. Suzanne was an avid gardener who loved caring for and nurturing her roses that became the envy of anyone who had the privilege of seeing them. She was also a gifted seamstress who sewed and knit numerous beautiful family heirlooms. Suzanne was a warm, friendly, and generous woman with a great sense of humour. She was well liked by all those she met and people were attracted to her grace, her optimism, and her gentle nature. The pride of her life was her one and only granddaughter whose arrival she anxiously awaited and prepared for. She brought her many moments of happiness and joy, and Ella will forever miss her beloved memere whose memory will be kept alive by the love that she showed her in her first seven months of life. A celebration of Suzanne's life will take place at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main Street on Monday, November 9, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. The family wishes to thank all of the doctors and nurses at St. Boniface Palliative Care as well as Dr. Lin Liu of the Eastern Healing Centre and doctors Doan, Bashir, Maksymiuk, and Tan. The family also wishes to express their heartfelt thanks for all of the support, friendship, and encouragement provided by Suzanne's family, co-workers, and friends. In lieu of flowers, Suzanne wished donations to be made to CancerCare Manitoba Foundation, 675 McDermot Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3V 0V9. Glen Eden Funeral Home 338-7111
