Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryANASTASIA HORBATIUK Our Baba passed away peacefully in the early morning of Thursday, November 5, 2009 at Holy Family Home. Remaining to forever cherish Anastasia's memory are her daughter, Stephanie (Richard); grandchildren, Scott (Karen), Kristen (Sean), Shannon (Jeff), Jason, and daughter-in-law, Sharon (Dennis). She was predeceased by her husband Ivan and her son Bohdan. Baba was born on August 29, 1920 in Ukraine. She was a strong, hardworking woman who always took care of her family. Baba had a great sense of humour and made sure no one was ever hungry and if they were, off to K.F.C. we went. Great-Baba, as the children would call her, was blessed with many great-grandchildren who now have a special guardian angel to watch over them. Special thanks to all the staff at Holy Family Home, especially those from St. Francis Ward. We cannot say thank you enough. Divine Liturgy will be celebrated 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, November 10 at the Metropolitan Cathedral of Sts. Vladimir and Olga, 115 McGregor St. with Rt. Rev. Msgr. Mitrat M. Buyachok officiating. Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Holy Family Home. VICHNAYA PAMYAT KORBAN FUNERAL CHAPEL 956-2193
