Sydni was in the year above me at Hastings School, and although I didn't know her that well, it was obvious what a kind person she was. Always smiling, too. Even though its been a while since she passed, I know we still all miss her. - Posted by: Freya Grace (Went to school with her) on: Jun 23, 2012

Our family knew Syndi through our daughter. They met in hospital, keeping in touch afterwards. Our family loved Syndi, such a beautiful person. Funny and always with a smile on her face. Knowing her illness was challenging to live with every day, she still was a ray of sunshine to our own daughter and our daugther to Syndi. Syndi joined our family visits each night--playing card games, board games, and just chatting. How very fortunate we are to have known Syndi. She is forever in our hearts. Her smile and person will be known to us always. The MacDonalds - Posted by: Laura MacDonald (Family) on: Dec 11, 2009
