DENNIS NORMAN CYR Born in Flin Flon, MB, July 4, 1935, Dennis beloved husband, father, brother, uncle, and friend passed away on Saturday, November 7, 2009 in Anola, Manitoba. Remaining to forever cherish Dennis' memory are his beloved wife and companion, Alice; two sons Brian (Rachelle), Robert and their children Joshua, Leanne and Corey; stepdaughter Adele (Ian) Smith and their children Graeme, Lane, Charlotte and Adam; stepsons Grant and Mark and their children; sisters Ruth Ann (Spiros) Plentzas, Norma Cyr, and brothers Gordon, Richard, Laurence (Lilly), Rodney (Jan) and many nieces and nephews who will sadly miss Uncle Den. He was predeceased by his parents Marjorie and Norman Cyr. Dennis was owner/operator of Bricon Grooving LTD working in western provinces. Known for his skillful expertise Dennis was respected by all he served. He will be remembered for his wit and sense of humour and mostly for being so kind to all who knew him. Above all Dennis loved his family. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, November 14, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. in Our Lady of Hope Roman Catholic Church, Anola, Manitoba with Rev. Fr. Owen Steeves presiding. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Dennis' memory may be made to Siloam Missions, 300 Princess Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba R3B 1M3.
