MURIEL E. KVEDER (nee GOODMAN) Muriel E. Kveder, aged 77, passed away peacefully at the Concordia Hospital on November 12, 2009. Muriel was predeceased by her mother and father Sigurlena and Snobjorn Sigurdiur Goodman, husband Cal in 2001, granddaughter Kristen, sisters, Sigrun (and Jack), Myrtle (and Lloyd) and niece Linda, brothers Steini, and Harold (and Thea). She will be sadly missed by her children, Ken (Marnie), Wendy, Kim (Eric), Jeff and Cindy. Also grandchildren, Calvin, Christine, Evan, Laura, and Ryan, and many nieces and nephews. Muriel grew up in Baldur, MB and moved to Winnipeg where she met her husband-to-be Cal. It was in Winnipeg that Cal and Muriel raised five children. Many thanks to the staff at Concordia Hospital for all their wonderful care in looking after our mom in her last few days of life. Flowers are gratefully declined and donations may be made to the Manitoba Lung Association or Humane Society. A private family service is planned.
