LUISE PAULINE BORCHELD Peacefully, with family by her side, Luise passed away at Park Manor Personal Care Home on Friday, November 13, 2009 at the age of 86. She was predeceased by husband Erwin and brother August. She will be lovingly remembered by brother, Gottfried Bartocha and sister, Anna Bartocha (in Germany), son Bernie (Debbie), daughters Barbara (Douglas), Annette (Roger), grandchildren Joanne (Patrick), Carolyn, Alyssa, Reiss, great-grandchildren Veronica, Seth and numerous relatives in Germany. Mom will be greatly missed and fondly remembered here and at the cottage at Long Pine Lake. The family would like to thank the staff of Park Manor for the loving care they gave her in her final years. A funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 17, 2009 at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. (south of the Royal Canadian Mint) with a viewing one hour prior to the service. Cremation will follow. A private interment will be held at Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Park Manor Personal Care Home Building Fund.
