ALBERT SCHROEDER 1909 - 2009 On Monday November 16, 2009 at his residence in Morden, MB Albert Schroeder, aged 100 years formerly of Rosenfeld, went to his eternal rest. He is survived by his son, Elmer and wife, Elda Schroeder, three granddaughters, Kim, her husband, George Andrews of Winnipeg, Laureen, her husband, Roger Echols, their daughters, Rebecca and Avery of Connecticut, USA, Valerie, her husband, Shane Kuros and their daughters, Celynn and Reese of Mississauga, ON; also one sister, Penny and one brother, Alfred, his wife, Eleanore, one sister-in-law, Marjorie as well as many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, Martha (nee Kletke) in 2001. Viewing will be at Wiebe Funeral Chapel, 1050 Thornhill St. in Morden Thursday and Friday from 1:00 p.m. til 9:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 21, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at Christ Lutheran Church, 155 Gilmour St. in Morden with interment prior at 11:00 a.m. at the Rosenfeld Cemetery. If friends so desire, donations may be made in Albert's memory to either the Heart Stroke Foundation, Christ Lutheran Church or the Morden Friendship Centre.
