ANDOR GABOR Andor Gabor passed away peacefully at The Lion's Manor Personal Care Home on November 19, 2009; 11 days short of his 102nd birthday. Andor was born in Paks, Hungary on December 1, 1907, the second child in a family of five children. Andor is predeceased by his wife, Maria, and brothers Sanyi and Zoli, and his sister Erzsi. He will be mourned by his family including his two daughters Judy and Klara, son-in-law Steve, and his grandchildren Michael, Diane, Anthony, and Karen Fejes, and Kathryn and Steve Meszaros. Great-grandchildren include Maya, Olivia, Owen, and Lauren. He is also survived by his youngest brother, Laci and wife Piri residing in New York, their sons Bobby and Mitch, and by his cousin George Sagi, his wife Edith, their daughter Susan and her family. Thank you to all the staff at the Lion's Manor and Lion's Personal Care Centre for all their loving care and attention during his many years spent there. Funeral will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 24 at Thomson In the Park Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray Blvd. In lieu of flowers, a donation to a charity of choice can be made.
