GLEN ANDERSON DUKE Peacefully, after a courageous battle with cancer and heart conditions; it is with deep regret that we announce the passing of Glen Anderson Duke on Wednesday, November 18, 2009 at the St. Boniface Hospital at the age of 63 years. Remaining to forever cherish Glen's memory are his beloved wife Carole; son Glen along with wife Martine and grandchildren Jesse, Bailey, Elyssa and Zachary; daughter Lindsay along with husband Ron and grandchildren Brennan and Tatum as well as numerous relatives, nieces, nephews and friends. He was predeceased by parents Art and Lillias Duke. Glen was an active and vibrant member of the community, involved in sports and a proud member of the Khartum Shrine. Glen will be missed by all that he touched as he was a warm and compassionate man. In compliance with Glen's wishes no formal funeral or memorial service will be held. A celebration of Glen's life will be announced in the spring. A special Thank You to the staff of the seventh floor at St. Boniface Hospital for the kindness, compassion, care and support that you showed our husband and father. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Glen's memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
