HORTENSE (SIS) OLIVIER 1940 - 2009 It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved mom, grandmother and sister on Saturday, November 21, 2009. Predeceased by her parents, Edouard Olivier and Blanche Courchaine and brothers, Larry and Noel, she leaves to mourn her beloved daughter, Shelley-Marie (Allan), her three grandchildren, Devin, Ashley-Marie and Amber-Marie and her brothers, John (Maryse) from Penticton, Rene (Cecile) and Paul, as well as nephews and their families, Aunty Georgette and numerous cousins. Mom did not have an easy life being a single mother but she truly cherished her daughter and grandchildren and felt that they gave meaning to her life. Her grandchildren also felt that she was the greatest grandma in the world, quoting Amber-Marie Grandma, you rock . Sis was a long time employee of Perths. Her passion was bowling, playing cards, bingo and computer games. We love you Mom and will truly miss you, but we know that you are now at peace and have joined the other Olivier clan at their card playing table in the sky. As per her wishes, there will be no service.
