MERON METROW October 5, 1932 - November 22,2009 It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Meron after a lengthy illness on November 22, 2009 at the Concordia Hospital Meron leaves to mourn his loving wife of 51 years Phyllis along with their children Dean (Brenda), Trent (Edith), Tanice (Brian) Bowker, Darren (Sharon), Gaylene, six grandchildren David, Laura, Teresa, Eric, Justin and Christine. His newly found buddy Baxter. He also leaves to cherish his memories sisters Josie Kruchak, Bertha Lang and Helen (Andrew) Welby of Thunder Bay, Ontario and many friends. Meron loved to tell jokes, listen to jokes and be a jokester himself. He always had a great time with his family and friends, in which he met a few while going to adult day in Oakbank three times a week. A celebration of Meron's life will be held on Thursday, November 26, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. At the Oakbank United Church, 582 Balsam Crescent, Oakbank, Manitoba.
