MARY JANE MUIR It is with great sadness our family announces the passing of our dear aunt and loving sister, Mary Jane Muir, on November 23, 2009 at the Health Sciences Centre at the age of 85. Predeceased by her husband George in 1990, sister Elizabeth Whitford in 1996 and her parents, William and Veronica McLeod, she leaves to mourn and cherish her memory her sister Rose Marion of The Pas, MB and numerous nieces and nephews. Born in Winnipegosis, MB, she later moved to Winnipeg with her husband George in the early 1980s to make their home together. Mary loved her country music and enjoyed spending time with good friends at the local establishments. A very private and caring individual, Mary will be dearly missed by her many friends and family. A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, November 26, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at the Transcona Funeral Chapel, 1800 Day Street.
