JACQUES EMILE FILLION With his family by his side, on Wednesday, November 25, 2009, Jacques passed away suddenly at St. Boniface Hospital at the age of 73. Jacques was predeceased by his wife Leonie Fillion February 17, 2009. Dad left to be reunited with our mother and his family. Dad has left behind many cherished memories for his children: Lise (Dave), Alain, Dianne (Laine), Nicole (Ian), grandchildren: Danielle, T.J., Brianne, Lain, Cole and Shyla, as well as numerous brothers and sisters, in-laws, nieces and nephews. Jacques had worked and retired from Winnipeg Hydro. He loved playing cards with family and friends at Foyer Vincent where he lived until his passing. Dad loved the outdoors, we have fond memories of the camping and fishing trips to Caddy Lake. Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 1, 2009, Precious Blood Church, 200 Kenny Street with Father David Brabant celebrant. Interment to follow at Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens. A gathering of family and friends will be held at the Glen Lawn Reception Centre with refreshments and a light snack. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Jacques to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. GLEN LAWN FUNERAL HOME 982-7550
