EMIL GRANDMONT September 8, 1919 - November 29, 2009 Its with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and friend. On November 29, 2009, Emil peacefully passed away at Rosewood Lodge at the age of 90. Emil leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 58 years Lydia, daughters Dale (John) Fox, Debbie (Gord) Deprez, Dawn (Eddie) Vande; grandchildren Jason (Mel), Jeff, Kim, Dustin (Carolyn), Kevin, Kristy; great-grandchildren Reese and Dylan. He was predeceased by his parents Rosalie and George along with brothers Leo and Frank and sister Cecile. Family would like to thank the staff at Rosewood Lodge for their kindness, dedication and wonderful care they provided for dad. At Emil's request cremation has taken place and a private family service will follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Rosewood Lodge, Stonewall, MB. MacKenzie Funeral Home, Stonewall in care of arrangements.
