YVETTE CORDELIA KULCHESKI - LANDICK (nee LAFERRIERE) Peacefully, after a lengthy illness, Yvette Kulcheski-Landick passed away on Wednesday, December 2, 2009 in Winnipeg at the age of 92 years. Remaining to forever cherish Yvette's memory are her son Albert Bodiou of Victoria, BC; daughter Mrs. Doreen Bryden (nee Wagner) of Winnipeg, MB; granddaughters Jennifer Bryden and Andrea Bryden, both of Winnipeg; sisters Mrs. Dora Crowell of Boise, Idaho, Mrs. Adelard Houle (Ninette) of Winnipeg, MB, and Mrs. Hermine Potter of Winnipeg, MB, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her father Wilfred Laferriere; mother Albina Laferriere (nee Goulet); brothers Aurele Laferriere and Jules Laferriere as well as her sisters Mrs. Albina Herbert, Mrs. Leontine Herbert, and Mrs. Denyse Belows. Born April 22, 1917 in Aubigny, MB, Yvette met life's challenges head on, which made her stronger. She had a big heart and loved life. In compliance with Yvette's wishes, no formal funeral service will be held. The family wishes to thank the staff at Charleswood Care Centre for their kind and loving care of Yvette. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations in Yvette's memory may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba, 10 - 120 Donald St., Winnipeg, MB, R3C 4G2. Mom, you are already missed.
