MAIRA SNOW FLEURY Peacefully, after her life long illness, it is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beautiful baby girl, Maira Snow Fleury. Maira passed away November 29, 2009 at the Stollery Children's Hospital in Edmonton, Alberta at the age of two and one half months. Maira lived her whole life in the PICU at the Stollery. She leaves to mourn her parents, Paul and Janis Fleury, her grandparents, Ray and Alice Fleury and Ken and Rose Siemens. She also leaves behind her Aunt Cindy and Uncle Andrew and her Uncle Phil. She leaves behind her wonderful family of staff at the PICU and many, many people who have prayed for her health and comfort throughout her life. We wish to extend our thanks to the many doctors, nurses, RT's and support staff who played a role in giving Maira a chance to live and who gave us the opportunity to know her. We also want to thank everyone who prayed so faithfully for Maira and for us. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Stollery Children's Hospital, 8440 - 112 Street, Edmonton, Alberta T6G 2B7. When you see the Snow fall, think of Maira.
