Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMANFRED WERNER HEILMANN (NICK) 1951 - 2009 It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Manfred Nick Heilmann on December 6, 2009. Nick's memory will be cherished by his beloved wife Irene and their sons Michael (Karen), and David as well as their grandchildren Ashley and Adam. He will also be greatly missed by his mother-in-law, Eugenia Galinaitis, brother-in-law Raymond (Judy), step-brother Guntram (Sandy), his aunt Ingrid (Ward) and numerous nieces and nephews and relatives in Germany. Nick was born in Berlin, Germany, moved to Winnipeg as a child, and lived most of his life in Windsor Park. He had just recently retired from his career with C.N. He was able to make part of his retirement dream come true by taking two trips south for the winter with Irene. The family would like to extend a special thank you to paramedics who acted with amazing skill and compassion.
