EMILE ST. PIERRE November 13, 1945 - December 7, 2009 Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Father Fred Olds on Friday, December 11 (today) at 1:30 p.m. at St. Bernadette Parish, 820 Cottonwood Rd., followed by interment at Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Emile St. Pierre at St. Boniface General Hospital with his family by his side. He was raised in Lewis, MB. After various moves, due to his father's work for C.N.R., the family eventually settled in Transcona. Emile worked at various jobs before moving to Edmonton, AB with Lucille, where he worked for Fibreglass Canada. In August 1974, they returned to Winnipeg. In 1981, they were blessed with a son Paul, and four years later with a daughter Lynne. At this time, Emile started working at E. H. Price, where he was employed until his death. In his spare time, he enjoyed biking, puttering around the yard and watching sports on TV, especially the C.F.L. He leaves behind his beloved wife Lucille, of 36 years, his children Paul and Lynne and daughter-in-law Melanie. He was so looking forward to his first grandbaby expected in February. He also leaves behind his siblings, Sister Marie S.J.S.H., Joseph (Cecile), Hector (Rachelle) and John (Theresa). He is survived by Lucille's family including her mother Denise, and siblings Roland, Therese (Gordon), Rose (Don), Gilles, Aline (Clovis), Marcel and Diane (widow of Denis). As well as numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews from both sides, and friends. He was predeceased by his father Gerard in 1988, his mother Alexandrine in 2003, his father-in-law Eugene in 1998 and his brother-in-law Denis in 2005. Lucille and children wish to thank the staff of 6E at St. Boniface General Hospital. A special thank you to Father Roland Lanoie. Flowers are gratefully declined. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Palliative Care, St. Boniface Hospital, 400 Tache Ave., Winnipeg, MB R2H 9Z9. We Love You Dad, Rest In Peace. GLEN LAWN FUNERAL HOME 982-7550
