Don Hadaller was a great friend of my husband, Murray Anderson, who plays both trumpet and piano. They’ve been making music together for over fifty years. Don once wrote a song called "Marvelous Murray." A few years ago, he started another about Murray’s current visit to Winnipeg, titled “Gee, It’s Great to Be Back Home Again.” Don wanted me to write it, but I didn’t think I could. He was so encouraging that I finally wrote the song. Don generously shared his musical talents with both of us and we will be forever grateful. - Posted by: Helen Hinchliff (Family) on: Dec 07, 2009
