Penner, aged 88 years, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 10, 2009 at the Maplewood Manor, Steinbach, MB. He was predeceased by his wife Pauline on December 1, 2006. Dad was a plumbing and heating serviceman, and for many years, owned a business called Penner Plumbing and Heating at Whitemouth, MB. A devotional service will be held on Monday, December 14 at 7:00 p.m. at the Sobering Funeral Chapel, Park Avenue E., Beausejour, MB. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 15 at 10:30 a.m. in the Whitemouth Mennonite Church, P.R. 406, Whitemouth, MB. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
