KENNETH BLAIR On Saturday, December 5, 2009, after a stoic battle, Dad passed away with his family by his side. When Dad became ill three weeks ago, he told everyone that he had a good life but it would be complete if he could see his 90th birthday. Dad achieved his life goal by celebrating his 90th birthday with family and friends on November 27, 2009. His beloved wife of 60 years, June predeceased him in 2002. Left to celebrate his legacy are his children, Bonnie (Barry) Nunn and their children, Katherine (Ron) Morrison and Ken (Lynn) Nunn; Peggy (Brian) McCowan and their children, Llana and Dean McCowan and Donna (Russell) Lawton and their children, Alex and Bronwyn Lawton; great-grand-children, Tyler, Alyssa (Dylan) and Braden Morrison; Amanda (Travis), Travis (Syl) and Natasha Nunn; sister Phyllis; brother Cecil and many nieces and nephews. In keeping with Dad's wishes, there will be no formal funeral service. A private family interment will take place at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, if friends so wish, donations may be made in Dad's memory to MacDonald Cemetery Fund, in care of Nancy Neufeld, General Delivery, MacDonald, MB R0H 0S0.
