ANNA MARIA MARTENS (nee DEBOES) Passed away at the Baldur Health Centre on Saturday December 12, 2009 at the age of 86 years, Anna Maria Martens (nee DeBoes) of Baldur MB. Anna leaves to mourn her passing her loving husband August, three sons Henry (Edith) Martens, Leon (Angela) Martens, and Rene (Melody) Martens all of Baldur, two daughters Betty (Dennis) Turner of Killarney and Linda (Kevin) McGill of Killarney, 19 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She is also survived by her sisters Leontine Meuller, Simona DeBoes and Leona DeBoes and by a brother Leon (Mary Jane) DeBoes, all of Brantford Ont. Anna was predeceased by her parents Leon Elodie and by an infant brother Leon. Prayers will be held on Monday December 14, 2009 at 7:00 pm in the Willmor Chapel, Glenboro MB. Mass of the Christian Burial will take place on Tuesday December 15, 2009 at 2:00 pm in the St. James Catholic Church, Baldur MB, with Father Phillip Malayil as Celebrant. Interment to follow in the Baldur Cemetery. Friends that so desire, memorial donations can be made in Anna's memory to a charity of choice.
