Should have posted this awhile ago. Hearing this story for the first time more than ten years ago struck me as tragic. Mr Rondeau taught me GEO in grade 7, when I was just a freshman. He was consistent and motivated me to be a better student. He always refered to me as "Mr Franchuk" and kept me in line when I would goof off. He showed very interesting videos in class, and because of his excellent teaching skills I rarely missed his class. You will not be forgotten Mr Ron. - Posted by: Matthew Franchuk (Student) on: Apr 28, 2020

It saddens me greatly to hear the passing of my favourite teacher from all my school years. Because of him, I loved all the classes that he taught, and had a brilliant way of connecting with students and involving them in his classes. He will be greatly missed, and I feel lucky to have had him as my teacher. - Posted by: Dr. Marat Rafikov (Former student) on: Aug 06, 2013
