LORNE BARRY (BONES) HARDING On December 14, 2009, with family at his side, after a courageous battle with cancer, Barry passed away. He is survived by wife Doreen; daughter and her family; sister Judy and her family. He was predeceased by his parents, Wynne and Bill and brother Jerry. Barry was born in Selkirk, MB on August 8, 1946. He had been employed at Selkirk Redi Mix, Selkirk Tire and R.M. Equipment. He was known as a hard worker and loved by all who knew him. Barry loved to fix and polish old cars, while listening to his favourite country music. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 19, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel, Selkirk with Rev. Stephen Sharman officiating. Thanks to all Selkirk General Hospital staff on the medical ward for the care and love given to him. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Palliative Care at 100 Eaton Dr., Box 5000, Selkirk, MB R1A 2M2. Gilbart Funeral Home, Selkirk in care of arrangements.
