WAYNE H. HURYK December 2, 1959 - December 13, 2009 Suddenly but peacefully on Sunday, December 13, 2009 Wayne Huryk passed away at the age of 50 with his wife and loved ones at his side. Wayne was predeceased by his father Joseph Huryk, his mother Yvonne Huryk (nee Aerssens) and his brother-in-law Helmet Kies and his son Sammie. Wayne is survived by his wife Marianna Nagy, stepsons Chris (Jill) and Joseph, his granddaughter Holly, sister-in-law Terezia, nephew Damian and his brother-in-law Jozsef. Wayne also leaves to mourn his sister Shirley, uncle Joe Aerssens, as well as cousins Sandra, Heather, Jeff and Johnny. Also left to cherish his memory are special friends, the Whaloon Goons , Tanis (Ron) Grist, Tim (Kim) Replanski and many more. Wayne was a loyal employee with the City of Winnipeg for over 25 years. Wayne loved relaxing in his garage, sitting in his ol chair, listening to music, watching wrestling with his wood stove roaring. A special thank you to all family, friends, co-workers, and the staff of St. Boniface Hospital 5E for their love and support through this difficult time. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at Wheeler Funeral Chapel and reception Center located at 211 Regent Ave. West on Monday, December 21, 2009 at 3:00 pm.
