Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJASON (MOE) MONCHAMP We express with deep sadness, the sudden passing of our beloved son, brother, and uncle on Monday, December 21, 2009 at the age of 37. Jason leaves to cherish his memory, the love of his life Pam Morris, his parents Sharon and Robert, his sister Kimberly (Tyler), his brother Bryan (Tania, and nieces Sophia and Isabelle), his best friend Dawna Massey and his beloved dogs Bruin and Molly as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Jason was an avid sports enthusiast with his main passions being hockey and snowboarding. Moe was a loyal friend and will be missed by all. Friends are encouraged to visit the Moe facebook group and contribute stories and photos for all to share and remember. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, December 29, 2009 at 12:00 p.m. at the Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Winnipeg Humane Society.
