TERRY JOE HAZELTON On Tuesday, December 22, 2009, in his 57th year, Terry Joe Hazelton passed away following a lengthy illness at the Deer Lodge Centre in Winnipeg. Remaining to forever cherish Terry's memory are his sons Jason (Lesley) and Cory (Janice); grandchildren Daniel, Amy, Sydney, and Julia as well as his sisters Darlene Rhodes and Lorraine Greig and their families. In respect of Terry's wishes, no formal funeral service will be held. The family will host a private reception in Wojcik's Reception Centre, 1020 Main Street. Special thanks to the caring staff at Seven Oaks General Hospital and Deer Lodge. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, memorial donations in Terry's memory may be made to the Canadian Tire Jumpstart Program, 2180 Yonge Street, 10th Floor, Toronto, ON M4P 2V8.
