Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWALTER RYGIEL 1931 - 2009 Walter Rygiel passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 23, 2009 at the Maples Personal Care Home at the age of 78. Walter was born in Kakabeka Falls, Ontario to Ann and John Rygiel along with one sister Mildred. He leaves behind close friend Susan and her son Turner who took care of Walter in his last years. Walter loved the water especially swimming and fishing at Kakabeka Falls, he even swam in the Red River in his younger years, by his home where he lived his life. Walter worked at Shore Glass till he retired when his mother took sick. He loved to go to Kildonan Place to meet up with Ted and his friends. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, December 30, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main Street, with interment to follow. Glen Eden Funeral Home 338-7111
