Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryVICTOR TWERSKY September 16, 1917 - December 29, 2009 With family at his side Victor passed away on Tuesday, December 29, 2009 at Seven Oaks Hospital. Victor is survived by sons; Al (Sylvia), Lawrence (Ollie), Ron (Melinda), Mel and Randy, as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Victor was predeceased by his parents; Nestor and Annie, five brothers and one sister. Victor was born and raised in Camper, Manitoba. Victor relocated to Winnipeg in 1992 where he lived his life to the fullest. He was an avid bowler; he loved cards and shuffleboard and took great pride in nurturing his gardens. Victor's declining health necessitated his move to Kildonan Personal Care Centre in 2007 where he lived his days with strength, courage, dignity and sense of humour. The family would like to extend heartfelt thanks and appreciation to all the staff for the care and attention provided. Celebration of Victor's life will be held on Tuesday, January 5, 2010 at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main Street at 10:00 a.m., with interment to follow. Glen Eden Funeral Home 338-7111
