DEL OREST HARRISON Del O. Harrison died suddenly on Monday, December 21, 2009 at the age of 68 years. Mr. Harrison, formerly of Kamsack SK, and Dauphin, is survived by an older brother Lorne; a sister-in-law, Velma; a niece, Lori and two nephews, Greg and Paul. He was predeceased by his parents, Walter and Mary and a younger brother Terry. Del was employed for a number of years by Canadian National Railways until health problems forced retirement. He did some volunteer work in Winnipeg and continued his interest in sports and the news of the day. On Thursday, January 7, 2010 Del's Funeral Service will be held at 1:30 p.m., in the Chapel of Memories in Wojcik's All Beliefs Faiths Funeral Chapel, 1020 Main Street at Manitoba Avenue, Winnipeg. Interment will follow in the Transcona Cemetery, 5014 Dugald Road at the Perimeter Highway.
