RETIRED CORPORAL DOUGLAS BRENT HEATON RCMP 1958 - 2009 Suddenly, on Tuesday, December 29, 2009; Douglas passed away in Winnipeg, Manitoba at the age of 51 years. Douglas was an RCMP Veteran Member having served in both Alberta and Ontario. He is survived by his children Haley and Paul, Burlington, Ontario; his parents, Donald and Norleen Heaton, Waterloo, Ontario; siblings Laurel Heaton, Ottawa, Ontario; Diane Polski (Adam and family), Cambridge, Ontario; Debra Heaton, Minden, Ontario; and Jeffrey Heaton (Elena), Richmond Hill, Ontario. On Monday, January 11, 2010 at 11:00 a.m., Douglas' Funeral service will be held in the Redeemer Lutheran Church, 78 John Street West, Waterloo, Ontario. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario, P.O. Box 7008, Station Main, London, ON, N5Y 5W7.
